Insurance Charges

All UK deliveries are fully insured at no additional cost to our customers.

Insurance coverage applies while the parcel is in transit with the courier.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we will manage the claim directly with the courier and offer either a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete.

Insurance protection ends once the parcel has been marked as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

For high-value orders, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel to minimise risk.
