Shipping Policy

We deliver UK only. All deliveries require a signature on receipt.

Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times begin from dispatch.

Delivery Options

• Standard UK Mainland: 3–7 working days

• Express Delivery: 1–3 working days (£9.99)

• Next Working Day: 1 day (£9.99, orders before 2pm Mon–Fri for most UK mainland areas)

Age Verification
All alcohol orders require the customer to be 18 or older. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery. Orders cannot be fulfilled without valid age verification.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, allow 3–5 extra working days before contacting us.
Once confirmed delivered to the correct address by the courier, responsibility passes to the customer. Citywide Drinks cannot be held liable for parcels confirmed delivered.

Packaging
Some items may not be shipped in their original outer packaging to reduce damage risk.
