At Citywide Drinks, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
We aim to make the process clear and straightforward.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unopened and unused
• Products must be in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Due to the nature of alcohol and perishable goods, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened or partially consumed bottles
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Personalised or customised products
• Perishable goods such as mixers or syrups
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
How to Start a Return
Step 1
Email us at info@citywidedrinks.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Step 2
Our team will review your request and provide return approval along with instructions.
Step 3
Securely package the item in its original condition and send it to:

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may require additional processing time.
